Business Phone Systems
Business-grade phone systems range from on-premise PABX to cloud and hybrid solutions. If your current system is not meeting your needs or you are reviewing alternatives at contract end, Telco Review can help you compare options from multiple Australian providers.
Why review your business phone system?
Many Australian businesses hold phone contracts that were signed years ago. Technology and offerings have changed: cloud and hybrid systems now offer flexibility, scalability and often simpler management. If you are experiencing reliability issues, outgrowing your current system, or simply want to explore what else is available, an independent review can clarify the market without bias toward one vendor.
We work with organisations across Sydney (including North Sydney, Parramatta, Chatswood, Macquarie Park), Melbourne (CBD, Richmond, South Yarra, Docklands), Brisbane (CBD, Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane), Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart. Whether you have a single site or multiple offices, we can help you compare capabilities and deployment models.
Types of business phone systems
On-premise PABX — Traditional hardware on your site. Suits some organisations that want full control and have in-house IT. Maintenance and upgrades are your responsibility. A number of Australian carriers and vendors still support and supply on-premise systems; we can compare them alongside cloud options.
Cloud / hosted — The phone system runs in the provider’s network. You use handsets or softphones; no local PABX to maintain. Well suited to distributed teams and businesses that prefer operational simplicity. Many providers offer strong Australian coverage and local support.
Hybrid — A mix of on-premise and cloud, or integration between legacy PABX and cloud services. Useful when you are migrating gradually or have specific compliance or integration requirements.
What we compare
We do not sell phone systems ourselves. We compare features, reliability, support, contract terms and total cost of ownership across a range of providers. If your incumbent is not delivering, we help you see what alternatives can offer—without negative commentary about your current vendor. Our focus is on fit for your size, locations and future plans.
Next steps
Request a consultation and we’ll discuss your current setup, locations (including suburbs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart) and what you want to achieve. We can then outline how a review would work and what options we’d compare.
